With Father’s Day soon approaching, we asked our #1 Dad, Chef Wally for his favorite grilling recipe. This recipe ensures tender, flavorful grilled chicken every time.
Grilled Chicken Marinade
Mix ingredients together and pour into a gallon-sized Ziploc bag. Add chicken pieces (breasts, legs or thighs). Seal bag and place in a shallow pan for support. Refrigerate for 12 hours. Grill to your preference.
And what’s a great piece of tasty chicken without a great side dish. Chef Wally is a big fan of Honey Coleslaw. Here’s how it’s done:
Honey Coleslaw
Mix together with freshly shredded cabbage or a coleslaw mix. Refrigerate for 2-4 hours, or until cold.

In a pint glass over ice, combine the bourbon, simple syrup and mezcal. Top with the Angry Orchard Crisp Apple.
