Whether you’re making your way out here for business or to see family this holiday season, you won’t have to look far to catch days packed with events right here in Marshfield. While there’s always something to do, we’ve picked out a few days that stand out this December.

DECEMBER 7

Holiday Fair

Starting at 9 am at the Oak Avenue Community Center, over 52 crafters and vendors will line the event space with everything from blissfully scented holiday candles to appropriately little holiday sweaters for your pets. Don’t go through the last-minute holiday shopping stress this year and start your Saturday with Marshfield’s Holiday Fair, hosted by Got Water? Clean With It. Check out the event in detail here.

Holiday Wine Walk

After all that holiday shopping, you need a glass of wine. We’ve got you covered. From 11 am to 3 pm, The Marshfield Holiday Wine Walk will be parading down main street, stopping at multiple of the town’s favorite establishments. DECEMBER 14

Reindeer Day at the Plaza

If you thought Wildwood Zoo was a fun time, you’re going to love Reindeer Day at the Plaza from 9 am to noon at the Wenzel Family Plaza. Perfect for children to catch an early glimpse of Santa or for you to get up close to some of the most interesting animals you’ve ever come across, this event is totally free with complimentary hot chocolate and cookies to boot! Grand Tasting Event

Beginning at 1 pm, warm up from the brisk morning with Marshfield’s second annual Grand Tasting event at Nutz Deep II. With over 55 different items to sample and indulge in, there’s no place you’d rather be this holiday season! For ticket info, check out the Facebook page.

DECEMBER 31

NYE Comedy Night

What’s funnier than your New Year’s Resolution for 2019? Hotel Marshfield’s NYE Comedy Night on December 31! Enter 2020 in the best of moods after laughs from acclaimed comedians Mike Baldwin and Maeret Lemons right before the night’s complimentary champagne toast as Wisconsin watches the ball drop on a new year! ALL DECEMBER LONG

If you aren’t in Marshfield any of those days, you can at least be floored by the 14^th annual Rotary Winter Wonderland in Wildwood Zoo. With the proceeds going to multiple food pantries to feed the hungry, Rotary Winter Wonderland provides an unforgettable holiday extravaganza backed by the true spirit of the giving season. Whether you walk through the over 2 million LED light displays, enjoy a concert from local bands in the Gingerbread House or hop on a horse-drawn carriage ride, there’s so much going on.
