Lumberyard Bar & Grill

Voted Best Lunch Spot in Marshfield for 2019, the Lumberyard presents the perfect authentic Wisconsin experience with a little bit of history and a lot of food options. With the historically prominent logging industry in central Wisconsin in mind, the Lumberyard even offers an item called the “Hungry Dan,” named after famous Wisconsin logger “Hungry Dan Shea.” Don’t be shy to ask for a toothpick. They’re sure to have a few of those.

Selected as Marshfield’s Best Ethnic Restaurant in 2019, El Mezcal offers everything you’re looking for, from chips and guac to burrito bowls. They also boast some pretty unbeatable deals on margaritas and beers alike. And if you wait for the weather to change back, El Mezcal provides some wonderful patio seating, winning the distinction of Best Outdoor Dining of 2019.

A Marshfield staple, Nutz Deep II always has something exciting going on inside and something delicious coming off the grill. Winner of Marshfield’s Best Burger 11 years running and Marshfield’s Best Fish Fry in 2019, you can’t go wrong stopping by for dinner any day of the week. If you heard all the stories that come from here, you’d be a fan of Nutz Deep too!

Libby McNeill’s

Last but certainly not least, Hotel Marshfield’s own Libby McNeill’s is the best comfort food you can find for miles in any direction. With menu nods to the original pickled corned beef company Libby, McNeill & Libby, this restaurant claims one of the most historical eateries in the area. Located right in our hotel, there’s no better commute than the one with a full belly right upstairs to your room. We saved the best for last. But we’re a little biased.
