This annual event encourages people of all ages to participate in a “Light Up the Night” 2K or 5K fun glow walk. Participants will walk the sidewalks of downtown Marshfield from Sixth Street to Fourth and then stroll east through residential areas, lighting up the night. No streets will be closed, and walkers must obey the crossing signs and respect the traffic.
Walkers are challenged to come “lit” up with glow-in-the-dark items. Pick ‘n Save will award prizes for the “best lit” team of walkers and for the “best lit” individual. Glow-in-the-dark T-shirts along with a glow necklace will be included with registration. Pick ‘n Save will provide healthy snacks and water after the walk.
