Tricia joined the Hotel Marshfield team in May, 2014. She began as our Banquet Manager and quickly transitioned into the Sales Department. Now as the Corporate Sales Manager, she works with local and statewide companies and associations to reserve lodging rooms, meeting and event spaces. With 10 years of combined experienced in food and beverage, event planning and sales, Tricia can assist in making your next corporate event a success!

Hotel Marshfield: Tell us about yourself!
Tricia: I am from Rozellville, Wisconsin, located right outside of Marshfield. I have been married for 8 years and we have two children. Our daughter is in 3rd grade and is full of imagination! She loves to read and write stories, and we are amazed by her creativeness. Our son is in 4K and is obsessed with trucks! I have learned quite a lot from him! He is learning to read some starter words and can write most of his letters and numbers. He is a total Momma’s boy and I wouldn’t have it any other way! We are also pet parents to 2 cats and 1 dog, all of whom we adopted from a local humane society.
Hotel Marshfield: Wow, you are one busy lady! What do you do in your free time, any hobbies?
Tricia: Yes – I LOVE making crafts! I find fun projects on Pinterest and create new things all the time!
Hotel Marshfield: Any current Pinterest projects going on?
Tricia: Right now, I am working on an old bookshelf: sanding, staining and painting. I added some design elements on the back panel, and am on the hunt for antique books and other knick-knack décor. My weekends usually include a trip with the family to area thrift stores to find items for my next project!
Hotel Marshfield: What has been your proudest moment working here?
Tricia: There have been many! Every time we receive positive feedback from a group, I’m proud of how our team worked well to make the event a success! One of the highlights was being recognized by the 115th Fighter Wing of the Wisconsin Air National Guard for our great customer service during a time of tragedy to one of their own. To us, great customer service is something we strive to deliver every day, but it was an honor to be recognized.
